Syndicate Nature Trail & Milton Falls

The Ross Spouses Organization plans trips to visit different sites on the island and this last Wednesday, the kids and I went with some of the other Ross Spouses and kids to see a nearby waterfall. It was just a short drive away and then we got to hike through the rain forest crossing a river a couple times to get to the falls. It was a beautiful little hike. Here are some of our pictures.

Here I was grabbing William's hand, so he would stop picking his nose.

Yep. Here's the nose picking.

We saw this big crab in the river on our return hike

Our driver for the trip carried William during the river crossing portion of the hike.

But first, let me take a selfie with this river.

It was nice to be in the rain forest again. Where we live, in Picard, is super dry right now. Apparently the rainy hurricane season just started, so we will probably get lots of rain soon to rehydrate the ground because right now it is so dry that it has cracks in it.
